Max April 24, 2010 at 10:08 pm
@intime distributors
U r wrong its not uninor but it was Reliance GSM who launched with widest coverage.. it was covering more than 10000towns as soon as it was launched in karnataka
intime distributors April 24, 2010 at 9:24 pm
WHY SIR U R VERY MUCH ANGRY WITH UNINOR. It launched in india with most coverage than any other net work while initiating launching. Further u see they come with best plan in GPRS with free browsing twitter face book… and with 10p/10mb. U wait and see please who is uninor
intime distributors April 24, 2010 at 9:19 pm
UNINOR ALREADY LAUNCHED ITS GPRS PLEASE SEE IN UNINOR.IN

Max April 19, 2010 at 9:36 pm
@intime distributors
Can u tell me when uninor will launch GPRS/EDGE plans??
intime distributors April 19, 2010 at 9:05 pm
UNINOR WILL COME WITH GOOD PLAN IN THE MONTH OF MAY. I am one of its valuable distributor. We recommended to retain the @29 and @49 and also recommended to add @09 paise for ON NET without any rate cutter. Hence there will be only one plan @09 onnet @29 offnet and @49 STD. It will fetch and reach all the ARPU and CREAM customers.
intime distributors April 19, 2010 at 8:57 pm
Uninor will come with special offers and prizes to the customers as in kerala this month, after getting full stock of sim cards. Then you see the uninor brand be the killer one in the market.
raghav April 19, 2010 at 2:52 pm
uninor is doing good in my place…. there is good connectivity and the ‘talk longer’ plan that I’ve been using has been economical..
emad April 17, 2010 at 5:49 am
oh sorry http://www.telenor.pk
emad April 17, 2010 at 5:48 am
uninor should understand that it is india not pakistan
where they looting big check out http://www.uninor.pk
thats it why they not launched gprs yet becoz they cant sell their gprs less than Rs.15 per mb so uninor is waiting for price grow
uninor should go out from here if she cannot satisfy indians
Anil Kumar April 16, 2010 at 11:06 pm
Uninor has decide to wind up its operations in India. Insiders ,on the condition of anonymity have reveale that the top honchos in Norway are not too much positive on the growth prospects in India as they were a few months back. Telenor ,the Norwegian parent co. of Uninor has reportedly hired Morgan Stanley as its consultant . Seems like the Indian Telecom Sector is finally heading towards consolidation.
ramesh April 16, 2010 at 9:45 pm
UNINOR WILL NOT DO IT BECAUSE THE TOP OFFICIALS WILL NOT PERMIT THE NORVIANS TO LAUNCH BETTER SCHEME. No need for any other better tariff than existing @29 and @49.
The customer expectation is only tariff without rent or set up charge or rate cutter with full talk time that is all. Why uninorians mad themselves confused and confused
their valuable customers. U see in the month of may there may not be any customers
to use uninor. But u see DOCOMO made success and VIDEOCON also will get success. No one can help uninor

THIS IS CAUSING DUE TO LACK OF TOWERS IN HUBLI. AIRCEL IS JOINED HANDS WITH GTL WHICH IS EVEN MORE POWERFUL THAN MAY ERECT IT’S OWN TOWERS WITHIN THIS YEAR AFTER TOWER SHARING OF BSNL IS COMPLETE.

YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT HOW MUCH STUPID UNINOR TEAM IS
Max April 16, 2010 at 8:51 am

Max April 16, 2010 at 8:04 am
@Arjun.C
Dude Even relaince uses EDGE technology, today all new operators use EDGE technology. My handset supports EDGE & apart from tat i use Huawei EDGE modem whic supports speed upto 236.8kbps. 2 months ago i use get speed upto 320kbps(40kB/s) in Aircel through tis modem but now it has speed has gone worst from past 1 month. Docomo gives best speed in tis modem. y mail. TT & other sites ll open in jus 3sec & gmail in jus 5-8sec. & i have checked Aircel sim its working fine & dude i stay in HUbli not in Banglore but most of t time ill be in Bijapur, Aircel speed sucks in both places
Prasath J April 16, 2010 at 1:20 am
OK, Fake activations are playing an important role in Uninor’s number of subscribers… But apart from that Uninor’s CALLING CARDS are more responsible for the huge subscriber base of Uninor… They are giving as big as Rs150 FREE TT with Rs10 SIM/CALLING CARD… So fake activations are not the ONLY reason behind Uninor’s NUMBER…
Arjun.C April 15, 2010 at 9:37 pm
@Max
CHECK YOUR AIRCEL SIM CARD AND REPLACE IF IT IS FAULTY BY VISITING AIRCEL OUTLETS IN BANGALORE.
Arjun.C April 15, 2010 at 9:33 pm
@Max
IN MY FRIENDS AND MY MOBILE AIRCEL NET SPEED DOESN’T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. BUT RELIANCE SUCKS HERE EVEN GPRS SETTINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR NOKIA MOBILES WHICH IS THE BRANDED ONE IN THE WORLD. I THINK THIS STUPID RELIANCE COMPANY USING 3RD CLASS GPRS PLANS, SUCH THAT EVERYONE THROWING RELIANCE SIM CARDS INTO THE DUSTBIN. EVEN I’M ALSO EXPERIENCED THE WORST GPRS SERVICE BUT AIRCEL IS USING EDGE(ENHANCED DATA RATES FOR GSM EVOLUTION) TECHNOLOGY WHICH IS MOST POWERFUL THAN GPRS AND THERE WAS NO BROWSING SPEED PROBLEM. ONLY HAVE TO DO THIS GO TO SETTINGS-CONNECTIVITY-PACKET DATA- SELECT PACKET DATA AS ALWAYS ONLINE. IF YOUR MOBILE SHOWS”E” SYMBOL THEN YOUR MOBILE SUPPORTS EDGE TECHNOLOGY, OTHERWISE IF IT IS SHOWING “G” CHANGE YOUR MOBILE QUICKLY.
emad April 15, 2010 at 9:14 pm
uninor is worst operator than any

rajiev April 15, 2010 at 6:13 pm
reliance aur aircel ka koi comparison hi nahi
Max April 15, 2010 at 5:22 pm
Reliance GSM has more subscribers than Aircel so ter will be congestion in reliance towers whic leads to slow speed.. Even Aircel speed has gone very worst in my town & today also im not able to connect to customer care both 121 & 198… dont know wat has happened to Aircel..
emad April 15, 2010 at 4:36 pm
UNINOR KA ARPU BATA DIYA TO POL KHUL JAYEGI UNINOR WALON KI
@ArjunC, Reliance speed is Around 275 to 300 kbps and aircel speed max 50kbps dont made off topic comments anyways
Arjun.C April 15, 2010 at 3:37 pm
@Max
Aircel and Reliance GSM are using 1800 MHz frequency. But comparing to the Aircel, Reliance Internet is too slow and sucky speed. What is going on? Pls Reply Me.
Max April 15, 2010 at 2:28 pm
Wat is the ARPU of uninor?
emad April 15, 2010 at 12:12 pm
uninor is cheating government with fake activations
i never seen any folk who is using uninor yet
i vomitized everytime when i saw uninor dirty ads
with quoter “ab mera number hai” its like riksha wala or sabji wala
Avi H April 15, 2010 at 10:49 am
Technically its not the frequency which is dangerous, but it’s the strength which is dangerous,…
Avi H April 15, 2010 at 10:48 am
BTW how do know that there is no other tower in less than 64Kms radius??,… Have you done a survey?, because 3.14X(64)x(64) sq kms is quite big area,… and I think you have other important work to do, rather than surveying for an airtel tower in that big amount of area,…
Avi H April 15, 2010 at 10:44 am
Brother in todays date, the radius is no more than mere 1Kms,…the distance you are talking about, if true, then it is REALLY REALLY DANGEROUS for people living nearby that tower,….
my dream April 15, 2010 at 9:21 am

Max April 15, 2010 at 8:59 am
@Arjun.C
Dude one thing i would like to tell u is GSM signals can be acessed upto a maximum of 18kms away from t tower area. In tat 1800mhz band can be accessed for 10-12kms tat too not continuously. since Airtel operates under 900mhz it cant be accessed more than 20kms. I guess ur saying tis by looking at t cell info display but friend sometimes it ll show errors, even i have experienced it.
Regarding frequency emissions If a person is using branded phones like NOKIA,SAMSUNG,LG,MOTOROLA etc then there is no hazard since these phones cme wit low SPECIFIC ABSORPTION RATE (SAR) meeting euro norms(less than 2w/kg but majority of phones r below 1.0w/kg).. tat is t phone ll we tested for its radiation emission at its peak level, for chinese phones its quite dangerous to use in tis condition. Better use wireless bluetooth headsets which cme wit a SAR value of 0.01-0.1w/kg. or else go for wired headsets, this ll reduce emissions less than phone but not much b’cos as soon as we attach headphones the headsets itself act as antenna…
Arjun.C April 15, 2010 at 6:27 am
@Max
Mr. MAX
I would like you to ask you a question that my mom is using AirTel connection and her mobile is getting AirTel Tower signals which is around 64KMS Away from my home and is showing full connectivity. Is this frequency is really dangerous?
Rajat April 15, 2010 at 1:04 am
