Network Expansion and Accessibility

Rakuten Mobile said it has been expanding its network coverage through the deployment of base stations and roaming agreements while offering affordable and simple service plans to democratize the mobile industry.

To provide simplicity to the corporate mobile industry, Rakuten Mobile said it has been offering user-friendly service plans for business customers through the Rakuten Mobile Business Plan since January 2023.

Rakuten Mobile Data Only Plan

Rakuten Mobile has also highlighted several of the services it offers to enhance the customer experience. These include the Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type), available since June 2023, which enables customers to begin using the service in as little as three minutes. Notably, the Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type) is exclusively for data usage and does not include calls.

MNP Service

Additionally, the company introduced the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) One-Stop system, eliminating the requirement for customers to generate their own MNP reservation number when transitioning between mobile phone carriers.

This coverage includes both the Rakuten network area and the domestic roaming partner network area.

Pricing as per Data Usage
