Lenovo Vibe X vs Gionee Elife E6: So similar, yet so different

Lenovo has just launched the Vibe X in the Indian market for a price of Rs 25,999 and it will be going up against the Gionee Elife E6 which is selling for around Rs 20,999. Display: Both the smartphones feature a capacitive touch display of 5 inches that provide a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 441 ppi. Both of them feature Gorilla Glass 3 on top so there’s not much to differentiate among the screens of the both the devices.

Processor: Lenovo Vibe X has been equipped with a MediaTek MTK 6589T quad core processor of 1.5 Giga Hertz. On the other hand, Gionee Elife E6 comes loaded the same processor so you won’t be left behind in the processing department if you choose either of them.

Operating System: Both the devices function on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean platform and its highly unlikely that they will get an update north of Android 4.3 so tread wisely in this regard.

Memory: Both the smartphones carry a RAM of 2 GB. In terms of internal memory, Vibe X offers 16 GB storage space while Elife E6 provides 32 GB storage space. Both the devices lack memory card slot. And since they lack a microSD card slot, the internal memory becomes the deciding factor and the Elife E6 takes the lead in this regard.
