I have lumia 520 and galaxy s duos. Lumia don’t hang but samsung always. Now there are lot of apps in windows store. WP8 is getting better now, far more better than crap samsung. Only good thing in samsung is its display.

both available… official instagram is in beta vesion… i just installed it sometimes ago… also unofficial instagram app availabe in the store which is better than official one, i read that in user reviews …
