Obi SF1 smartphone with 5-inch display, 13MP camera, now available on Snapdeal

Obi Worldphone has extended the availability of Obi SF1 to Snapdeal. As an inaugural offer, Snapdeal customers can grab the device at a special price of Rs. 9,999 for 16/2GB variant and Rs. 11,999 for the 32/3GB variant.

In terms of specifications, Obi SF1 smartphone comes with 5-inch JDI In-Cell IPS display of resolution 1080 x 1920 pixels. The display is protected that it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 processor (MSM8939) SoC clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. Android 5.0.2 Lollipop runs as the OS.

The RAM is either 2GB or 3GB for the variants. There is also a storage space of 16GB for the smaller variant and 32GB for its higher version. The Obi SF1 supports expandable storage via MicroSD card up to 64GB. Located at the rear is a 13MP camera with LED Flash, Sony Exmor IMX214 Sensor and an aperture of f/2.0. On the front, there is a 5MP camera equipped with LED flash for selfie takers. A 3000mAh battery charges the phone.

In terms of connectivity, Obi SF1 comes with 4G LTE and supports FDD B3 1800MHz and TDD B40 2300MHz bands. An additional feature to take note will be the Dolby Audio capability. Obi SF1 was initially launched in India through an exclusive tie-up with Gadgets360. Later, Obi SF1 was then extended to Amazon India and now on to Snapdeal.
