Idea Cellular Silently Launches Prepaid Self Care Web Portal

We at TelecomTalk have always been emphasizing on the importance of Self Care Portals and the Quality of Self Care Services Operators are providing to their customers. We have also covered a very detailed and tabulated everything about Web based Self care services for Prepaid users and also the Operators who are not providing it at the time of writing the article. We have also highlighted in our post on May 2, 2014 that Idea cellular was the only operator among AVoId group who is not providing a web based self care services for prepaid users.

And with the silent launch of the services now , this deficit was fulfilled by Idea – is this because of TT effect?

How much time it took to complete the porting request. Few months back i ported a idea number to vodafone and the vodafone guys didn’t even send a single message about porting. They just deactivated the idea sim and activated the vodafone one. Thankfully there wasn’t any balance left.
