Idea Cellular Silently Launches Prepaid Self Care Web Portal

We at TelecomTalk have always been emphasizing on the importance of Self Care Portals and the Quality of Self Care Services Operators are providing to their customers. We have also covered a very detailed and tabulated everything about Web based Self care services for Prepaid users and also the Operators who are not providing it at the time of writing the article. We have also highlighted in our post on May 2, 2014 that Idea cellular was the only operator among AVoId group who is not providing a web based self care services for prepaid users.

And with the silent launch of the services now , this deficit was fulfilled by Idea - is this because of TT effect?

Dear Idea Cellular Prepaid users, point over to Idea cellular website, Register for a new Account and start enjoying the Self care services. It is also that the Postpaid Selfcare portal was Redesigned as well in par with the revamped website and new look.
