Comprehensive Security Protection
This collaboration integrates Devo’s advanced real-time analytics, AI, and intelligent automation with Optus’ existing security infrastructure to enhance cybersecurity measures. “Combined with Optus’ Network Operations Centre and Security Operations Centre, Optus is able to provide additional layers of protection to customers’ cyber ecosystems that can only be achieved at a telecommunications network level,” the official release said.
Commenting on the announcement, Optus said, “We know how critical cybersecurity continues to be and the importance of investing in new technology, particularly as the threat landscape evolves. Optus partners with many of the best security vendors in the world to ensure our enterprise customers have the support they need to act quickly and identify threats.”
Enhanced Cybersecurity Measures
According to Optus, the addition of the Managed Threat Monitoring Service exemplifies further investment into its security offering ecosystem for businesses. It combines Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), and User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) to deliver comprehensive security protection.
The platform creates real-time security alert tickets in Optus’ AI-enabled ITSM Nucleus platform, which are managed and prioritised by Optus’ Security Operations Centre.
