FTTH and FWA Technologies

Open Fiber has announced that the ultra-fast network is set to reach 392 premises, utilizing both Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technologies. FTTH involves direct optical fiber installation within buildings, providing speeds of up to 10 Gbps.

Simultaneously, FWA leverages fiber optic links to connect scattered real estate units in low-density areas. Spanning under 2 kilometers, the construction's minimal environmental impact is made possible by innovative and sustainable techniques, which enable the reuse of existing infrastructure.
