Lumen Technologies has launched its Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform with its flagship service, Lumen Internet On-Demand, which offers customers radical flexibility in how they buy, use, and manage networking services. According to Lumen, this move aims to disrupt the telecom industry by cloudifying traditional telecom and putting the customer at the centre of the NaaS platform.
