Delhi based Excitel Broadband recently unveiled its new broadband plans with unlimited speeds and no FUP limits. The new entrant is offering its broadband services in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Hyderabad.

Under its 'Truly Unlimited' plans, Excitel claims to offer unlimited Internet without data or FUP limits. If you are a frequent internet user, you would know that most internet companies provide top speed internet for a certain threshold of data. FUP or Fair Usage Policy seeks to limit the speed of your internet connection beyond a certain usage limit.

Excitel Broadband plans, however, come with unrestricted access to data, no matter how much you download or upload. The company promises that data speed will never fall during the month.

Excitel Broadband internet plans include three options with varying speeds:

  • Rs 695 per month plan comes with unlimited data usage at 50 Mbps.
  • Rs 845 per month plan offers unlimited internet at 75 Mbps.
  • Rs 995 per month plan offers unlimited data at 100 Mbps speed.

These monthly plans are exclusive of taxes, which will be charged extra per month. Apart from the prices mentioned and the taxes, Excitel says there won't be any hidden charges levied under its various plans. However, it is to be noted there still is a one time charge of Rs 500 for cable installation. You have the option to cancel the subscription at any point during the first month and get back your entire money in case you are not satisfied with the service.

Excitel has promised that all data packs come with ultra-fast speeds with no data limits 24x7.

In addition, the company says an unlimited number of connections can be used within a single household. They, however, warned users against retribution of their services, and if caught a user account will be eternally banned.

Excitel started its operations in Delhi sometime back and recently started providing services in Hyderabad. The company has made use of dark fiber with speeds running from 10 to 100 Gigabit per second.
