Taking a cue from Idea Cellular's 4G launch teaser, Vodafone has also pushed its 4G launch teaser. The company has released a poster that hints about the approaching service.

Vodafone published the poster on its Facebook India page, which reads,"Get ready for an international 4G experience ". The Facebook post also mentions,"it's here finally and it's going to be awesome!". The teaser clearly projects Vodafone's aggressive strategy to launch its 4G network in India.

Telecom operators are competing to launch their 4G network ahead of Reliance JIO's impending 4G launch. JIO is already present across vast regions, which comes up as a big challenge to telecom biggies such as Vodafone and Airtel. However, JIO's parent company is Reliance, who is a Greenfield operator, which gives an edge to JIO over other networks.

To prevent its customer base from switching, Idea has begun taking registration for its 4G services. Idea's 4G network will be available in 126 cities, spread across 8 circles.

Being a strong market player, Vodafone is planning to launch their 4G network in 5 circles as of now. The company is aiming at providing better quality service and that is why its first base of users will be limited to just five circles. The company has also deployed FDD LTE network in the selected circles to offer better Indoor signals.

Do you think the early launch of Vodafone 4G in five circles could help it in standing tall against JIO whose robust 4G network is even spread across villages? Share your views in the comment section below.
