Vodafone India is in a different league altogether. While all the Indian telecom operators are concentrating on monthly and long-validity plans, Vodafone has come up with a weekly plan under its SuperWeek scheme. Vodafone today announced a tariff plan of Rs. 69 that gives both data and voice calling benefits.

The Vodafone SuperWeek plan of Rs. 69 gives 500MB data and unlimited local & STD calls to any network. As the name itself suggests, this plan is valid for seven days from the date of recharge. Vodafone also confirmed that customers can make every week a SuperWeek by recharging the Rs. 69 plan unlimited times.

Do make a note that this plan from Vodafone gives just 500MB data for the period of seven days, and not 500MB per day.

Inviting customers to enjoy the Vodafone SuperNetTM experience, Avneesh Khosla, Associate Director – Consumer Business, Vodafone India said, “We, at Vodafone, believe in providing the best network, service experience and value to our customers. With SuperWeek, the key objective is to offer a pocket-friendly and affordable unlimited plan that will appeal to all prepaid consumers. This plan will further enable our customers to remain confidently connected and enjoy a worry-free Vodafone SuperNetTM4G experience on our best network ever.”

Another thing to note here is that the price of the plan differs with every circle. In some circles, this plan costs Rs. 69, and in some circles it costs Rs. 73.

Vodafone customers can recharge the SuperWeek packs across all the retail outlets, USSD, Vodafone website, and from the MyVodafone application.

Recently, Vodafone partnered with domestic handset maker Micromax and launched a bundled smartphone at an effective price of Rs. 9,99. Alongside the smartphone, Vodafone also unveiled a Rs. 150 tariff plan that gives both voice calling and data benefits.
