we are getting low tarif because of STV, these STV offered by operators for limited period. they may withdraw all the STV and tariff may increase to the base tariff level which is Rs. 1/per minute in local and Rs. 1.5/per minute in std. so be prepare for this change. its may happened in a year or two.
