i want to know that with recharge of 59… which other recharge i can done on my number so that i can charge less than Rs.1/1 minute on other networks….

i have recharged for Rs.59 on 15/02/2012 at 9.15 PM which is valid for 30days but i am able to use it on 15/03/2012 after 9.15 also.Can u pl tel me d reason for it.
