Jio Preview Offer? All preview offers are now converted to Welcome Offer. So how it can be a Preview Offer?

Is it really welcome offer. Even i received a message saying you are converted to welcome offer but still i would get more than 4gb data per day without fup. I just crossed 4gb only once that too just to check if the fup really applies to me? Is anyone speeds getting reduced after 4gb?
