Unlike Airtel, which is constantly looking to provide additional benefits on top of prepaid plans, Vodafone is sticking to simplicity and deliver more data benefit compared to Airtel. Reliance Jio recently introduced Rs 222 All-in-One prepaid recharge that offers 2GB daily data for 28 days. On the flip side, Vodafone has been offering 2GB data per day for 28 days with its Rs 229 prepaid recharge, so the difference is very negligible. Vodafone also has a Rs 209 prepaid plan that offers 1.6GB data per day and the Rs 199 recharge offers a user 1.5GB data per day. The Rs 255 recharge from Vodafone also ships with 2.5GB data per day for a period of 28 days.

To recall, Vodafone used to offer a prepaid recharge of Rs 255 across all the circles which has been removed now. Notably, the Rs 255 plan offered similar benefits as the new Rs 229 prepaid plan. But the Rs 255 prepaid plan from the company is now offering 2.5GB data per day taking on Airtel's Rs 299 prepaid plan.

Vodafone Other Offers and Prepaid Plans

Talking about the offers which Vodafone is providing on some of its plans right now – one of the most attractive offers that Vodafone is offering is the Youth Offer on Prime. It is worth noting that the usual cost of an Amazon Prime membership is Rs 999 and through this offer, they will be able to avail this membership only for Rs 499. To do that, the Vodafone subscriber qualifying for the offer will have to download the My Vodafone app and tap on the banner detailing this offer.

Also, if the Rs 229 Vodafone prepaid plan does not interest you a lot, then the Vodafone prepaid portfolio offers a lot of other options like the Rs 199 prepaid plan, the Rs 349 prepaid plan for 28 days, the Rs 509 prepaid plan for 90 days and many more.

Reliance Jio Rs 222 Plan vs Vodafone Rs 229 Recharge

In other news, Reliance Jio has recently launched Rs 222 All-in-One recharge plan as an increment to the existing Rs 199 prepaid plan. With the Rs 222 plan, Reliance Jio is shipping 2GB data per day, Jio to Jio unlimited voice calling, 100 SMSes per day and 1000 non-Jio minutes for 28 days.
