Vodafone Rs 209 Prepaid Plan: Benefits and Validity

Very recently, Vodafone has confirmed that it wants to cover all the price brackets in the prepaid segment and it's the reason behind the introduction of Rs 20 talk time & validity extension recharge. Aforesaid, the Rs 209 prepaid plan sits right between the Rs 199 and Rs 229 prepaid recharges, both in terms of pricing and benefits. The Rs 209 prepaid plan ships with 1.6GB daily data, as compared to the 1.5GB daily data benefit of Rs 199 plan. So the Rs 229 plan offers a total of 44.8GB data for a month which is 28 days. On the flip side, Vodafone's Rs 199 plan is providing customers 42GB of data. So if the additional 2.8GB data benefit matters for you, then you can consider the Rs 209 prepaid plan.

Other benefits of the Rs 229 plan include unlimited voice calling without any FUP limit and 100 SMSes per day for 28 days. No other telco in the industry is offering a Rs 209 prepaid plan, so it's a unique plan from Vodafone. In some circles, Idea has the same prepaid recharge, but Vodafone's plan is an open market one.
