Airtel Social Car comes to a halt in Kolkata

Airtel’s innovative digital campaign ‘Social Car’ has successfully completed its journey and has reached its final destination Kolkata. It travelled from Mumbai to Kolkata covering 2200 km.

In this novel initiative Airtel Social Car, the team comprising of popular TV Actor Karan Wahi, MTV VJ of ‘Student of the Year’ fame Sana Saeed, and MTV’s  Zerxes Wadia made conversations through social media and posted contents from the road trip using the hashtag #Airtel4GDrive across digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The team made pit stops in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Cuttack en route to Kolkata.

During their halt in Hyderabad, the team was joined by food critic Adarsh Munjal of the ‘The Big Bhookad’ fame. Munjal introduced the Nizami culture of the city to the team. In Kolkata, they were joined by the singer Shilpa Rao.
