This introduction comes after conducting extensive research and gaining deep insights about customer usage and preferences. The aim was to bring integrated product and service offerings across multiple segments to provide connectivity to its customers.

The offered solutions will include high speed data connectivity through dedicated Internet leased lines (ILLs), structured cabling in the premises for faster transmission, campus WI-FI for Omni data access, firewalls and UTMs for network security and crystal clear video conferencing solutions for customers to stay in touch. Beside this there are low cost and highly effective promotion solutions such as IVR based outbound dialing and web portal managed bulk messaging service.

“Connect Broadband has always been the preferred brand for discerning, broadband and enterprise customers. We plan to offer our enterprise customers a new and unique proposition that captures their need for increasing volumes of data. The built-in conveniences focus on safety & security which will make customer experience holistic and delightful, said Mr. Arvind Bali, CEO & Director, Connect Broadband and Videocon Telecom. “Our success in Punjab backed by our highly skilled and experienced team gives us confidence of success in rest of the circles. We began our expansion plan with Haryana and now launching in Himachal Pradesh followed by MPCG and Gujarat in the next six months and then to rest of the country”, added Mr. Bali.

Part of $ 10 Billion Videocon Group, Connect Broadband had recently acquired ISP category A license enabling it to offer services across India.
