Connect Broadband starts offering its Services in Himachal Pradesh

Connect Broadband, announced aggressive expansion plans across the country earlier this year. Post launch of telecom services in Haryana in Phase 1, Connect Broadband reaches yet another milestone by expanding footprint in Himachal Pradesh.



Connect Broadband promises to offer innovative solutions to small and medium size businesses across the state. This introduction comes after conducting extensive research and gaining deep insights about customer usage and preferences. The aim was to bring integrated product and service offerings across multiple segments to provide connectivity to its customers.

The offered solutions will include high speed data connectivity through dedicated Internet leased lines (ILLs), structured cabling in the premises for faster transmission, campus WI-FI for Omni data access, firewalls and UTMs for network security and crystal clear video conferencing solutions for customers to stay in touch. Beside this there are low cost and highly effective promotion solutions such as IVR based outbound dialing and web portal managed bulk messaging service.

When connect will provide services in bilaspur himachal , am eager to have connect broadband . As there is only one company till this date in himachal for broadband BSNL which is a bakwaaas . BSNL ne mera deposit bhi wapis nahi after disconnection. They were giving me speed of 8 to 40 kbps as a broadband service.

I have connect broadbNd connection….plan 849…..1 Mbps Speed upto 15 Gb after dat speed 512 kbps…

I m totally unsetisfied with the service bcoz……they promising the speed 1 mbps…

But actually…..they given a speed 1/4 150 kbps only…

Bccoz if u buy any plan…they given a speed 1/4…….They cheating with customers…..if they shown in the plan….1 mbps…..

You have opted for 1 mbps plan ( 1 mega bit per second) which will give you a download/browsing/streaming speed upto 1024/8= 128kB/s (kilo bytes per second) . Assuming that the speed you are getting is 150kB/s (not 150 kbps which means only 18.75kB/s) I can say that your speed is good as per your plan.

Please ignore this message if you are really getting a throttling speed like of 18.75 kB/s.

How much download speed you are getting ?
If it is above 100kb then it is good in 1 mb connection. 1mb is the bandwidth. The max download speed will be 128kb/sec


Bro Actually its 1 Mega Bits per second.. So,they must give like 1024/8- 128kbps.. And You are getting more than that .So its not a matter of complaint
