LG is bringing the stylish back with G Watch Urbane, to be launched at MWC 2015

According to latest reports, At the MWC 2015, LG is planning to announce a designer and classy smartwatch. The much talked about watch is named as LG G Watch Urbane.

In the initial look, the LG G Watch Urbane gives an impression of a well rounded designer version of the LG G Watch R. The alleged design for the watch is supposed to be completely metal with a replaceable 22mm stitched-leather strap. In order to stay high on style, the G Watch Urbane will be available in gold and silver color variants, however, it is not certain if LG has used the real metal.

Talking about the specifications, it seems to be closely following the path of LG G Watch R. The G Watch Urbane comes with a 1.3-inch 320x320 Plastic OLED rounded display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 SoC, 512MB of RAM, 4GB internal storage, sensors including accelerometer, barometer, compass and heart rate sensor. The smartwatch is backed by a 410 mAh battery, which is touted to deliver at least a day backup. It will also be dust and water resistant.

In order to keep things running smooth, the G Watch Urbane will be using Android Wear operating system, which is Google’s indigenous platform for wearables.
