In an attempt to provide enhanced value propositions to the customers, Vodafone, the 2nd largest GSM operator in India today announced a path-breaking launch of Prepaid Blackberry Services with flexible plans for its GSM subscribers.
Vodafone’s prepaid GSM Mobile service users across all the telecom circle have the liberty to opt for prepaid BlackBerry services with Unlimited Internet, Email and IM Chat toning their requirements, not only on a monthly basis but also as per low cost and affordable Daily and weekly preferences, for the first time with any private GSM operators over prepaid options.
Vodafone Prepaid BlackBerry subscribers have all services in One Plan dubbed as Blackberry Internet Services clubbed with BlackBerry Messaging to choose from, according to the requirement for e-mail, instant messaging, social networking and Internet browsing. Vodafone Blackberry Internet cum Messaging Plans comes at monthly package of Rs.399, and weekly package of Rs 100, 3 Days Pack at Rs. 44 and Daily Plan just at Rs.15 only.
Presently the Prepaid BlackBerry services will be available in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu and West Bengal telecom circles.Vodafone will be launched the same in remaining circles soon.

Vodafone sucks at its best.
I activated 7 days plans its been 3 days service is actiated and my BIS is not working.
I cannot open any site.
Service center numbers 111 and 198 and 9825098250 is not working
I am tired of all this non-sense
wasted my 132 hard earned money

hi i m using bb 8310 with vodafone service but last month i wipe handheld(Format) my BB that i lost all settings of internet after that this mobile didn’t connect with internet i was contact with customer care 100s of times both(vodafone and BB).Please help me.

With deep regret I wish to state that no help/my BB (model No 9630) Monthly pack activated at 21/09/2011 at 5:05pm assistance is offered to prepaid customer by vodafone help line over phone more so visited personelly to their help desk. Alwaus being reply by them to get details/data from web only. Need immediate help form vodafone care centre since many of the custome (like me) facing problem.
I think I need to change my sim to Reliance because I am fedup with vodafone because
any time care center calling me and asking me to do switch off the phone and remove sim and switch on the mobile the main thing is care people calling me the official time only STILL NOW MY BLACKBERRY 9630 IS NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET SERVICE

Vodoafone tells us that internet browsing is free with BB 599 Plan but they have put a charge of 500 Rs extra with 599 Plan in my bill.
They do not have any explanation and say you may have used streaming or your browser may have got connected to Vodafone Live.
Vodafone is a cheat.

Airtel Plan 299 is limited to Unlimited Email and IM, with that plan Internet Browsing is restricted so not good in-compare to the above new plans by Vodafone.

I Used Airtel BB Plan in Prepaid at just Rs. 299 with Instant messaging and Internet browsing.
While they are providing only instant messaging only with Rs 299 Plan.
But after 10 days browsing goes too slow, even after waiting 5 minutes, web page was opening. Finally I move to MTNL Blackberry.

currently vodafone is charging Rs.1099 for BIS unlimited on postpaid plans. and its only Rs.399 for prepaid users. i hate the fact that all operators are neglecting postpaid users
