Videocon Telecom has reported 1000 Cr as Top line Revenue in FY 2013-14

Videocon TelecomVideocon Group, has achieved top-line revenue of Rs. 1000 Cr. in the financial year 2013-14. Since making a comeback into the telecom market early last year, the forward-looking Telco has strongly grown in terms of subscribers, revenue, brand visibility and positioning in the industry. This makes it one amongst the top telecom brands across its operational circles.

The top-line turnover of 1000 Cr. which Videocon Telecom has achieved in this financial year includes revenue earnings from its 4 operational GSM mobility business circles, NLD/ILD operations and its Wire line business in Punjab.

The Telco has crystallised its Strategic intent and Go to Market plans for the FY 2014-15 and aspires to grow its top line from Rs. 1049 Cr. in FY13-14 to Rs.2500 Cr.

Mr. Arvind Bali, the Director and CEO of Videocon Telecom said, “We are pleased to share that our Top line Revenue in the FY 2013-14 has been 1049Cr. The first year of our comeback has given us a good head start and we not intend to grow our top-line to Rs. 2500 Crores in the coming financial year.”

Hey friends as you know TRAI has scheduled action for 800 Mhz band in coming months.
mostly this band used by CDMA operator, so MTS surely can bid for it.
and Vodafone may bid for this band also mainly for hike base price of band.
If vodafone successful to hike base price then MTS may hike plan or reduce offering.
Last time Videocon thinking this band, this time they may not bid or may be bid but there eyes on TATA DOCOMO CDMA band with subscriber as TATA want to exit telecom sector.



i have no idea that where have you got that news. Remember that vodafone has a deadly allergy from CDMA services and the company has the policy to stick to the GSM technology only. You can see this through the divorce of vodafone and Verizon. Vodafone didn’t wanted to loose us operations so it even tried purchasing AT&T but failed. Sadly it couldn’t continue with verizon.

I am not using Gprs of Vodafone so, can’t tell 2G, 3G speed in details. But 3G speed is same as offered by Airtel. Still in remote location Loop providing network for Vodafone, Reliance and docomo too, u can check if you have network related software or old Nokia phone example Nokia 3310 which
