Videocon D2H adds two new Odia channels

Videocon D2H which is one of the country’s leading providers of Direct to Home (DTH) service has just added two Odia channels named the Kanak TV and Zee Kalinga to its bouquet of channels on offer. They will be available in the basic pack named ‘Super Gold’ onwards.  The addition of two Odia channels has taken the tally of company’s Odia channels on offer to 13.

It offers about 500 channels and services along with 29 HD channels and 240 regional ones. The addition will only make the options on offer to the customers wider. Videocon also provides direct to mobile TV which is basically your personal-TV app. What this app does is that it converts your mobile into a TV and you can view channels on your device then.

It recently tested and previewed 4K Ultra HD DTH capability in the country to go in sync with the recent launch of 4K television sets in the country. The channels and services related to this arena will be launched soon too.  Another good thing about it is that it provides its consumers with a customer support in regional languages which we feel is a nice touch.
