Videocon d2h launches Colors Infinity, Infinity HD & Nat Geo Wild HD channels on its platform

Venugopal Dhoot promoted Videocon Group’s DTH arm ‘Videocon d2h’, has launched three new channels; Colors Infinity, Colors Infinity HD and Nat Geo Wild HD.

Colors Infinity, from Viacom18, will air critically-acclaimed and multi-award winning American TV series such as Fargo, Orange Is The New Black, Better Call Saul, Forever, The Big C, The Musketeers, My Kitchen Rules, and The Flash for the first time in India. Nat Geo Wild HD will feature wildlife related programs and factual content involving nature, science, culture, and history. With the addition of these HD channels, Videocon d2h now offers 39 HD Channels on its platform.

Commenting on the launch of new channels, Mr. Anil Kehra, CEO of Videocon d2h, said, “By adding new English entertainment channels like Colors Infinity and infotainment channel Nat Geo Wild HD, Videocon d2h is creating a television viewing experience our subscribers can’t get anywhere else. Our aim is to ensure that every Indian home is able to experience top quality entertainment that rivals the world’s most established television markets.”

Videocon d2h has achieved many firsts in the Indian DTH industry, such as being the first to launch the 4K Ultra HD channel, 1,000GB HD DVR, RF-based remote control for DTH, wireless DTH headphones, and 525 channels/services.

Niraj how can you compare TATA SKY to VIDEOCON?
Tata Sky loots at every corner … you cant have HD channels unless the same channel is active in your base pack AND also you need the HD ACCESS FEE (Rs 125) to be active. Crap!

Tata sky is the Airtel of DTH (in your words). You pay premium but you also get premium. It offers the best DTH experience at least here in India.

Exactly +1. They are expensive but have a look at their picture quality and how responsive their service team is.
