In a bid to gain new users, Reliance Mobile has launched an attractive unlimited calling offer in the Himachal Pradesh circle. Under this offer, new users (those who haven’t crossed 90 days from activation date) can recharge with Rs. 89, which will offer them unlimited Reliance-to-Reliance calls to local & STD on-net numbers.
Reliance Mobile Unlimited Calling Offer for New Customers | |
Particulars | Details |
STV Price | Rs 89 |
Benefits | Unlimited Calls to Local & STD Reliance Number |
Validity | 30 Days |
Availability | Available for Prepaid customers whose age-on-network is less than 90 Days |
*Only For Himachal Pradesh Circle |
However, the plan is limited to GSM prepaid users as of now. So, CDMA customer will not get the benefits even if they recharge with the amount.
This move to launch the plan comes when Reliance has lost more than 13,000 customers in September to other GSM rivals. Customers are leaving its network as the overall network quality has degraded a lot in the recent days. Pathetic customer care support and unstable 3G network were also some of the main reason why customers are opting other GSM networks than Reliance.
Once Himachal Pradesh was a strong circle for Reliance Communications. In the last spectrum auction, it failed to regain the overall spectrum which they once held in past. They have managed just 5.0 MHz spectrum in the 900 MHz band. Less amount of spectrum also made a huge impact on their overall 2G network quality. They haven’t announced any plans for increasing 2G BTS to improve the voice quality.
customers are preferring data usage to connect with friends and voice market is declining every months. So, we believe that offering dirt-cheap voice rates would not help the operator in the long run. What do you think? Is this offer good enough to join Reliance network? Off topic- Vodafone India might look for possible 4g icr pact with rcom next year.
4G ICR!!? With whom? among Avoid ‘brothers’ :p ?
Wrong info. As usual.
@Airtel lover- We know that as you are a ordinary employee even might be a casual employee of Bharti airtel so naturally you have no idea or acess to what is cooking inside the telecom industry. What is usual that you can only comment about such info which is officially declared or already made public. So mr salesman just live within your limits.
You are again mistaken Sanjit, I am not an employee of Airtel. And I know my limits very well. I am not a miser who counts every paisa that is spent, and still hope to use AVoId with a RAT sim, via ICR. I am a proud user of Airtel, the smartphone network that has the best 2G, 3G and 4G pan India. Most of the people in my company use Airtel. Only our lower grade staff use RAT.
