Oppo F1 Plus with 16MP front-snapper goes on sale in India at Rs. 26,990

Oppo Mobiles has started the sale of its ‘selfie expert’ F1 Plus in India. Priced at Rs. 26,990, the phone will be available across stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, just to name a few regions. The highlight of the Selfie Expert Oppo F1 Plus smartphone is its 16MP front snapper, focused exclusively towards selfie takers in the country.

Talking about other specifications, there is the 5.5-inch, 16 million colour AMOLED, Full HD display with a pixel density of 401ppi. The display comes with Gorilla Glass 4 screen with rounded edges. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek MT6755 (Helio P10) processor, clocking at 2.0GHz and packs in 8x Cortex-A53 cores. There’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB using a microSD card (via the SIM card slot). The graphics are handled by a Mali-T860MP2 GPU. The OS is Google’s Android 5.1 Lollipop with Oppo’s Color 3.0 skin on the top.

To mention about the rear camera, Oppo F1 Plus houses a 13MP f/2.2 unit with PDAF and LED flash.  In terms of connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.0, microUSB v2.0 port and an A-GPS unit. A non-removable Li-Po 2850 mAh battery completes the package.
