Now all MTNL customers can get their bills through email in the form of E-Bill and SMS alerts via registered mobile numbers.
To get E-Bill and SMS alert service, MTNL customers needs to register their e-mail id and mobile number simply by sending an SMS from their mobile to subscribe for E-bill and SMS alerts.
How to Register for E-Bill Service
MTNL Landline and broadband customers can register for this service by SMS: Ebill to 9869 88 99 88
MTNL GSM /3G postpaid mobile customers can SMS on 55503 to register for Ebill.
Apart from above SMS registration, all customers can also register the E-Bill Service on MTNL Mumbai website www.mtnlmumbai.in and can get their MTNL Landline / Broadband, GSM/3G Postpaid Mobile Bills on E-mail & SMS alerts on their mobile phone.
