As per latest reports, voice revenues of MTS, have decreased a lot in the last quarter due to unavailability of handsets, and consumers’ move to data segment. RCDMA has withdrawn some benefits in all its truly unlimited plans. From last 2 months, I was using Rs.949 truly unlimited plan which used to offer unlimited on-net/off-net local and std calls + data in both home and roam circle. Now off-net part has been revised to FUP of 3000 mins. But average 100 mins/day off-net is not bad too.

Yes they changed offnet from unlimited to 3000 min. But not bad. It is still catchy plan.
