Every company faces loses but to overcome of it is worth, Merging MTNL & BSNl will surely overcome losses but it requires daily practices to track losess & its causes. And then plan to over come losses, Advertisment plays important role in taking company ahead also various new products will make better way to overcome losses & take company to new height, The national mobile number portability may be seen transforming MTNL / BSNL to new height.

Merging of MTNL & BSNL will be worth, only if regular practises would be attempted to find losses & causes for same.
And as per dealing on best tariffs & packs not just in benefit for customer but to benefit company by raising customer base.
