MTNL Mumbai Launches PC Protection Service for Broadband Subscribers

Mumbai’s largest Broaband Service provider Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL)  today announced the launch of full PC Security Service for its Broadband subscribers across the Mumbai telecom circle in association with F-Secure Corporation the global leading provider of security as a service through ISPs.

MTNL offers its  F-Secure’s award winning security solutions to its Broadband subscribers through the MTNL PC Protection Service at monthly rental of Rs.60 with Free trial offer of 30 days. The service offers clients a very high level of security, including proactive protection through F-Secure’s unique DeepGuard technology, Protects children from inappropriate web content with parental control, Time Lock wherein users define at what time their children can access as well as protection from all of today’s most common data security threats including phishing, viruses, spyware, malware and Trojans–all integrated into one easy-to-use and automatically updated package.




MTNL's PC Protection value added service will integrated into the monthly Broadband subscription as an add-on plan. The service for all MTNL Broadband users is now available in two add-on plans dubbed as MTNL Protection and MTNL Protection Plus with the monthly rental of Rs.60 and Rs.99 respectively.
