Motorola did not launch anything at the MWC 2018, but the company will be unveiling its entry-level Moto E range of devices at a special event on April 3. One of the reliable tipsters of Motorola phones, Andri Yatim today revealed key details of upcoming Moto E devices- the Moto E5 Play, Moto E5 and the Moto E5 Plus. The Moto E5 Plus will feature better specifications, followed by the Moto E5 and lastly the Moto E5 Play will have least specifications of the three. The E5 Plus is expected to come in two variants with Snapdragon 430 chipset and MediaTek MT675X chipset. Yatim, however, did not reveal the processor details of other Motorola devices, but mostly, they will also feature the same MediaTek chipset.

Motorola Moto E5
Moto E5 Plus Rumoured Specifications
As stated, the Moto E5 Plus will have the best specifications of the three phones. The E5 Plus will have a 5.8-inch display on the front, and it will be the first Moto E device to have an 18:9 display. But the resolution of the panel is 720p. The device, as stated above will come in two chipset variants- one with a Snapdragon 430 SoC and the other one with a MediaTek MT675X chipset. The latter is expected to make its way into the Indian market like last year.
The E5 Plus will be maxed out at 3GB of RAM (no 4GB RAM variant, sadly), but Motorola will be adding 64GB of internal storage to the phone, on the brighter side. And the Plus variant will come with a beefy 5000mAh battery, like the last year’s Moto E4 Plus device.
