Idea Cellular, the country’s third largest telecom carrier by subscribers, has introduced two affordable data packs priced Rs 36 and Rs 46 in Kerala circle. The data packs offer 120MB of data and comes with a validity of 28 days.
The 2G data pack comes at a price of Rs 36 and offer 120MB data for 28 days. While 3G/4G data pack is priced at Rs 46 and offer 120MB 3G/4G data for 28 days. Both data packs are custom tailored for low data internet users who require month long internet connectivity for lowest cost.

The latest data packs from Idea are aimed at pushing its data service to more users. Recently Idea started offering 1GB 4G/3G for Rs 149 as USSD special offer in Kerala for select customers.
Airtel also started offering new “3G/4G night data” pack at Rs. 125 for the customers. The new offering will provide 1GB of data for 28 days between 12am to 6am.
Idea who is currently the market leader in the circle is facing stiff competition from its peers Vodafone and Airtel. Vodafone has also started its 3G service in the circle and is expanding its 4G network. With its 4G service now covering 102 towns, Idea has one of the largest 4G network in Kerala and operate the widest 3G network in the circle.
