Idea Cellular to Launch skill-based mobile gaming services

Idea Cellular have partnered with Acotel to launch skill based Mobile gaming service to its prepaid and postpaid subscribers who can play games on their smartphones without having to download them on both android and iOS browsers.

The first product that is being launched in India is called ‘SkillDerby’. Both Prepaid and Postpaid users can access the service on all 2G and 3G enabled smartphones.

SkillDerby offers a catalog of games such as Jelly Slide, Bank Bandit, Fish Foodies, and Maniac Traffic etc., which have enjoyed a great success worldwide. Idea users can subscribe to the service through and enjoy playing the exciting portfolio of games offered.

This product has achieved milestone success in other markets with Acotel Interactive Inc.

is it true that idea will be launching 3g services in punjab circle tomorrow?


There is no news available with us regarding this. Idea is not good at keeping secrets and surprise users. You will come to know 30 days in advance about launch date if there will be any.


spoke with Idea guys as per them they have no plans to launch 3G as of now …!
