One should understand BSNL has no 3G coverage further the tariffs are for 2G/3G. And others operators are 3G/4G.!

You can use bsnl. Now bsnl is top netwk in our country. Cheap price and its 3g service is better than jio 4g, airtel4g etc. I am using bsnl from 2015, no problems detected.
