What Is BSNL Bharat Air Fiber Connection?

The fiber connections and terrestrial network can’t be provided in very rural areas because of less population and no economic advantage; people living in such areas can’t access basic digital tools to enhance their quality of life. To bridge the digital gap between such areas and the rest of India, BSNL announced the Bharat Air Fiber service.

Under this service, BSNL utilises the unlicensed Wi-Fi spectrum to provide internet. It is completely wireless, so the users living in rural areas can also get consistent internet services. The company offers Bharat Air Fiber services starting at Rs 499 per month. BSNL will also offer the service where its rural towers are present, but there is no FTTH presence.
