Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has announced new broadband plans exclusive for Ahemdabad and Vadodara SSAs in the Gujarat telecom circle. These promotional broadband plans are available for a period of 90 days (3 months) starting from 15 February, 2016.
The new broadband plans comes with a higher FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limit as well as increased post FUP download speeds compared to existing broadband plans. BSNL has also introduced a true unlimited broadband plan, the BBG Combo ULD 899 CS119, offering 1Mbps speed without any FUP limit, and it is exclusive for Ahemdabad.

As per BSNL, the above plans are offered in only those locations/colonies of Vadodara and Ahmedabad SSAs of the Gujarat circle where there is a matching competition from private operators. BSNL has been introducing similar SSAs with circle-specific broadband plans for the past few months to counter increasing competition from local broadband players.
