I disconnected my BSNL broadband connection in July 2014 when BSNL stopped its night unlimited plans without informing customers about the change. Thanks to Telecomtalk.info for informing us in time. Even after disconnecting I got the refund of security deposit in 6 months after several visits to Exchange.
