An Overview of BSNL Data-Centric Plans Available to Customers as of Date on a Pan-India Basis

Apart from the Micromax-BSNL partnership some days ago, we haven’t seen a big announcement from BSNL this month. While there have been some big announcements in the BSNL broadband segment, there isn’t a single major announcement for its mobile broadband users.

BSNL

The reason behind BSNL not launching a single tariff plan this month is that the operator already has competitive plans in the market. Here’s an overview of BSNL data-centric combo plans available in the market right now.

BSNL STV 339

BSNL is offering this plan since the last six months, and it is one of the best value for money plan out there. The STV339 is valid on a pan-India basis and it offers 3GB data per day for 26 days. Alongside the daily 3GB data, this plan also offers unlimited BSNL to BSNL voice calls and 30 minutes of BSNL to other network calls every day.

BSNL Dil Khol Ke Bol STV 349

The second combo plan in this list is the Dil Khol Ke Bol STV 349, which is also valid for 26 days. This plan offers both voice and data benefits. The BSNL STV 349 offers unlimited local and STD calls including outgoing roaming calls. It also gives 2.5GB high-speed data valid for 28 days, and the speed will be reduced to 80 Kbps after 2.5GB.

BSNL Triple ACE STV 333

A data-centric plan available from BSNL is the Triple ACE STV 333 plan. This plan offers 3GB data per day for 56 days, and the speed will be reduced to 80 Kbps after 3GB data. This plan gives 3GB data for East Zone, West Zone, and North Zone users, whereas South Zone users will get 1GB data per day itself.

BSNL STV 429 Plan

BSNL has a very competitive plan available in the market right now to combat Reliance Jio’s Rs. 459 plan. This plan offers 1GB data per day and unlimited voice calls without any limit for 90 days. This plan is not applicable for Kerala BSNL users, instead, they have an STV 445 plan which offers similar benefits.

Yeah so your FUP will be reached faster now. They didn’t upgrade the fully unlimited plan and probably won’t in the future because even 4 Mbps unlimited flat will kill all other plans. Anyway, good upgrade for those who find these plans suitable. I doubt if they’ve boosted their capacity. Real reason must be people surrendering landlines in huge numbers. Now if people again start using BSNL broadband, their speeds will suffer.

The stability capacity of the wired broadband is far more better than the wireless data.

Most of them get stable or less fluctuating speed in their wired broadband connections.

I am getting true 4 Mbps aunce July 2017 offer period. Hope I get 10 Mbps without limit now. Even if it is so, I am not a exploiter and will not cross 40 GB combined usage (smartphone + laptop) per month against the exploiters who use 10 to 20 GB per day. di ot s.

You live in stone age where using 40 GB a month is considered exploitation. Also most people aren’t living alone.
