POCO F7, a new smartphone from POCO is expected to launch in India soon as it has been spotted bagging the ceritifications in India and Singapore. There are plenty of rumours about the device online. One of the latest developments or leaks shared by Digital Chat Station (DCS) about POCO F7 looks to be particularly interesting. The POCO F7 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Elite.

This chipset will be more powerful than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but less powerful than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It is expected to come with a 1.5k LTPS AMOLED display. The device would be mid-range in India, and is expected to feature a huge battery. The earlier rumours suggested 6000mAh battery, but the new development shared by DCS says it could be a 7000mAh battery.

POCO F7 is expected to come with support for 90W fast-charging. One more thing worth noting here is that the upcoming Redmi Note Turbo 4 could very well be the POCO F7. This is because the last time, the Redmi Note Turbo 3 was rebranded as the POCO F6 for the global markets. But the device isn't coming to the market any time soon.

The expected launch of POCO F7 for the global market is somewhere in the second quarter of calendar year 2025. This means between April to June, 2025.

POCO recently launched the POCO M7 Pro 5G and the POCO C75 5G in India. Both are affordable offerings, where the C75 is actually priced under Rs 10,000. The POCO M7 Pro 5G on the other hand is priced around the Rs 15,000 mark. The notable thing about POCO C75 is that it only supports 5G SA (standalone), meaning Jio's 5G in India at the moment.
