India's largest telecom operator, Reliance Jio, offers JioPlus plans for those looking for its postpaid users. The company launched its JioPlus range of plans, including family plans, in March 2023. As of this writing, according to Jio's website/app, the company offers three individual plans and two family postpaid plans. Let's explore them, from the lowest to the highest pricing.

Jio Rs 349 Postpaid - Individual Plan
If you are looking to explore postpaid service from Jio, the entry-level option starts at Rs 349 for an individual connection. The plan comes with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and a total of 30GB of data. After that, it is Rs 10/GB for the remainder of the billing cycle. Like the prepaid plans, there is no unlimited data usage facility at 64 Kbps. This plan also includes access to JioTV, JioCinema (not a premium subscription), JioCloud, and unlimited 5G data.
Jio Rs 449 Postpaid - Family Plan
The next option in the postpaid segment is the Jio Rs 449 plan. This entry-level family plan comes with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 75GB of data; after that, it is Rs 10 per GB. Additionally, the primary user can add up to three add-on family SIMs, each providing an additional 5GB per month as a data benefit. Each add-on SIM will be charged at Rs 150 per month. This plan also includes access to JioTV, JioCinema (not a premium subscription), JioCloud, and unlimited 5G data.
For ease of understanding, let's calculate the pricing along with family add-on SIMs. The total monthly charge for a family of four (including three family connections) comes to Rs 449 + 150 * 3 = Rs 899. GST charges will be extra on the postpaid bill.
Jio Rs 649 Postpaid - Individual Plan
The Jio Rs 649 individual postpaid plan comes bundled with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited data for the billing cycle. Jio has not provided any note regarding FUP (Fair Usage Policy) usage against the plan for unlimited data. This plan also includes access to JioTV, JioCinema (not a premium subscription), JioCloud, and unlimited 5G data.
Jio Rs 749 Postpaid - Family Plan
The second option in the family segment is the Jio Rs 749 postpaid plan, which comes with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 100GB of data, after which it is Rs 10 per GB. Additionally, customers can add up to three family add-on SIMs, each charged at Rs 150 per month. Jio additionally bundles 5GB of data per month for each family SIM added as part of the family SIM data. This plan also includes subscriptions to Netflix (Basic) and Amazon Prime Lite, as well as access to JioTV, JioCinema (not a premium subscription), JioCloud, and unlimited 5G data. The bundled Amazon Prime Lite subscription is valid for two years.
Jio Rs 1549 Postpaid - Individual Plan
The priciest postpaid plan available from Jio is the Rs 1549 plan. This individual plan comes with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 300GB of data with up to 500GB of data rollover. After using 300GB, data charges are Rs 10 per GB. This plan also includes subscriptions to Netflix (Mobile) and Amazon Prime Lite (valid for two years), along with access to JioTV, JioCinema (not a premium subscription), JioCloud, and unlimited 5G data.
Additionally, the plan comes with International Roaming (IR) benefits, which include IR in the USA—5GB of high-speed data and 500 minutes (IC and OG local and callback to India)—and International Roaming in the UAE—1GB of high-speed data and 300 minutes (IC and OG local and callback to India).

Jio highlights many benefits that its users can enjoy with its postpaid plans. These include priority callback service, the option to choose a new number, international roaming service, unlimited True 5G data, and a carry-forward credit limit (upon porting any number to Jio), ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
More Privileges
Jio states that no security deposit is required for existing mobile postpaid users of other operators and credit card users of Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI Card. The Jio website also mentions that as part of its convenience benefits, users can move their existing number to Jio without any downtime.

Kindly note that Jio doesn't offer data rollover on its postpaid plans, except for the Rs 1549 plan. The operator has silently removed this plan component feature with the launch of the JioPlus plans at that time. Additionally, according to Jio, unlimited 5G data is available for eligible subscribers.
