Loop Mobile Ready To Take On Network ChallengeLoop Mobile today announced its first of its kind Network Challenge for its subscribers in Mumbai.

If a subscribers of Loop Mobile face a call drop, they shall now be compensated this feature is now available for both postpaid and prepaid subscribers in Mumbai.One would need to send an SMS NC to 50800 (postpaid) / 50505 (prepaid) and get their money back.




Loop Mobile shall reverse minimum 0.50p/minute for every call drop that one may face across Mumbai & Thane. This is first of its kind Network Challenge by any operator in India thus gaining the confidence of the subscriber.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Sandip Basu, Whole Time Director & CEO, Loop Mobile, said, “It is our continuous endeavor to provide our subscribers the best in class service that can make mobile usage exciting and engaging. This Going for Great Challenge is an initiative that complements our Network Survey Campaign where our network has been ranked No 1 amongst GSM operators in Mumbai.
