Global television brand, Coocaa, has made its debut in India via Flipkart. Coocaa has launched four Smart TVs in the Indian market and the prices start at just Rs 8,999. While two out of four Smart TVs run Android TV, the other two Smart TVs run Linux platform. Coocaa is excited to enter the Indian market as the brand saw success in the nine countries where it launched Smart TVs. As for the Indian market, Coocaa has launched a 55-inch 4K Android TV at just Rs 31,499. The Television brand also says its TVs come with bezel-less screens, Dolby Vision, Dolby Audio, Dual AI & Voice functionality, quad-core processor, Anti Blue Light Technology and native video calling support. The four Coocaa TVs are already available for purchase on Flipkart.
Coocaa 50-inch and 55-inch Android TVs Launched in India
As mentioned above, Coocaa has brought two Android TVs to the Indian market with model numbers- 50S3G and 55S3G. As the model number itself suggests, the 55S3G has a 55-inch screen, whereas the 50S3G features a 50-inch screen. Besides the screen size and pricing, both TVs offer the same specifications and features. The screen resolution offered by these TVs is Ultra HD (4K 3840 x 2160) and they are HDR10 ready.
Coocaa TVs come with Anti-blue Light Technology, which, according to the company blocks blue light emissions that usually come from a TV screen, avoids harm to the viewer's eyes and also reduces eye weariness. They have Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio support. Another feature of the TVs which the company touting a lot is the extremely thin bezels.
Since these two TVs run Android TV platform, they come preinstalled with popular apps like Netflix, Hotstar and YouTube. The remote of these Smart TVs feature direct access to apps like Netflix, YouTube, Google Play and Live TV. There's a dedicated Google Assistant button as well on the remote, so you can talk to the TV and get the job done. According to the information available, the TVs feature two 20W speakers.
As for the pricing, the 55-inch Coocaa 55S3G Android TV costs Rs 31,499, while the 50-inch 50S3G Android TV is priced at Rs 28,499. This is one of the affordable 55-inch 4K TVs available in the market right now, but it will be interesting to see how the after-sales support from Coocaa will be.
CooCaa Also Launched Two Linux Smart TVs in India
Alongside the two Android TVs, CooCaa also launched two more Smart TVs which run Linux platform. There's a 50-inch CooCaa Smart TV with model number 50S3N and it comes preinstalled with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video apps as well. Similar to the company's 50-inch Android TV, the 50S3N Linux model also has the same specifications and design. It features a 50-inch 4K HDR10-ready display, Dolby Audio, Dolby Vision, DTS Sound, Miracast and the remote also has dedicated buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime. That said, this TV will not come with a voice-enabled remote since it's not running Android TV platform. The price of this 50-inch Smart TV from CooCaa is Rs 24,499.
Lastly, CooCaa has launched an entry-level Smart TV with a 32-inch HD Ready LED display and YouTube app preinstalled. This 32-inch Smart TV from CooCaa also runs on Linux and it also features a bezel-less design. The price of this TV is Rs 8,999 only.
