BSNL, one of the government-owned PSUs is currently on the verge of launching 4G services in the country. But the telco is not shy about providing best tariff plans in the industry. While the top telecom operators in the country are launching bundled tariff plans, BSNL has introduced two voice calling plans of Rs 319 and Rs 99. With these voice-only prepaid plans, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is offering unlimited voice calls without any limit for the users. So the Rs 319 prepaid voice calling plan of BSNL offers unlimited voice calls to any network in the home circle and on national roaming, except Mumbai and Delhi. For users looking out for free voice calling plan for Mumbai and Delhi circles, BSNL has a separate STV which is designed to offer free voice calling to Mumbai and Delhi circle mobile numbers.

The Rs 319 plan comes without any FUP, meaning the voice calls are unlimited, same as how Reliance Jio and Airtel are offering. This plan is valid for 90 days from the date of recharge while the Rs 99 plan comes with a validity of 26 days. On top of the voice calling benefits, BSNL is also providing free caller tune service with the Rs 99 plan, but sadly, it is not offering any PRBT service with the Rs 319 plan.

Both the plans are valid on the pan-India basis. These two plans compare with the likes of Rs 98 from Reliance Jio and Rs 99 from Bharti Airtel. However, BSNL is offering just voice calling benefits with both the plans while other telcos are providing voice calling, data and SMS benefit.

These plans are aimed at heavy voice calling users, and if you're looking for a bundled tariff plan, BSNL has a Rs 118 plan that offers unlimited voice calls and 1GB of data for 28 days. But the plan is valid only in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles. There's a Rs 187 prepaid plan that's offering unlimited voice calls and 1GB of 3G data per day for 28 days. The Rs 187 plan is valid on a pan-India basis.
