NTT Communications Acquires Virtual Network Operator License For International Long Distance in India

NTT Communications who bagged the National Long Distance (NLD) license in India back in 2015, today announced that it has acquired a Virtual Network Operator - International Long Distance license in India. Basically, NTT Communications India Network Services is completely an NTT Com owned subsidiary that currently provides national long distance network services to enterprises in India.

The company has received the license through its affiliate - NTT Communications India Network Services on March 1, 2017. This license acquisition will allow NTT Communications to add Arcstar Universal One International Network Services to its portfolio of existing services in India.

As of now, NTT Com is providing National Long Distance (NLD) network services through NTTCINS and Colocation, Managed Hosting, Cloud and ICT Management Services through Netmagic, and an affiliate. From July 2017, the company will leverage its full stack of high-quality ICT solutions to help enterprise customers build their ICT environments for business expansion in India.

NTT Com will now look forward to offering a comprehensive range of ICT solutions, including WAN, LAN, Data Centers and associated Value Added Services to support Indian businesses and multinational corporations.

The firm is also planning to enhance its network services by adding Internet access options and to improve the service quality by establishing a closer relationship with the local carriers.
