BSNL is revamping its postpaid plans with much better offerings than the previous ones. However, BSNL is making these changes to their promotional postpaid plans, and the changes will be valid only for 90 days. After 90 days, BSNL will modify the plans again based on the market scenario.

Today, BSNL has made changes to five of their postpaid plans that include- Plan-99, 225, 325, 525, and Plan-725. BSNL previously did not offer any mobile data with the Plan-99, but from today, the plan comes with 250MB of 2G/3G data.

The Plan-225 now offers 1000MB of data, compared to the previous 200MB, whereas the Plan-325 now provides 2000MB of data, which is eight times the previous data of 250MB.

The highest of all, the Plan-725 now gives 5000MB of 2G/3G data, which was upped by five times from the previous 1000MB data per month. The Plan-525 used to offer 500MB data but now modified to provide 3000MB data.

BSNL New Postpaid Plans

BSNL said that all the plans would be effective from April 1, 2017, and are available on the pan-India basis. "The implementation of the tariff is to be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time," said BSNL in the statement.

To recall, BSNL recently revamped the promotional prepaid plan of Rs. 339, which now offers 2GB of data per data along with unlimited on-net calling.

The plans are already available to subscribe across India. BSNL has been an unstoppable force these days. The company has already disrupted the prepaid market with the Rs. 339 and now they are looking to take on the postpaid segment with these changes to their plans.
