LYF Wind 2 launched with 6-inch display and 4G VoLTE at Rs. 8,299

Reliance Retail seems to be on a launch spree for its LYF smartphones. In the latest move, the company has unveiled the LYF Wind 2, which is a successor to the LYF Wind 1. It has been priced at Rs. 8,299 and will be available in Gold colour through Reliance Digital and other physical stores across India.

The LYF Wind 2 features a 6-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 1GHz Quad-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6735M processor with Mali T720 GPU. The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and sports an 8-megapixel primary camera with LED flash along with a 2-megapixel selfie camera. Regarding connectivity, the device supports Hybrid dual-SIM (Standard SIM for Slot 1 and Micro-SIM/microSD card for Slot 2) and 4G LTE with LTE-FDD BAND 3 (1800); BAND 5 (850); BAND 40 (2300).
