In a recent move, Anil Ambani led Reliance Communications which operates as Reliance Mobile has started offering free data to its customers who download & sign up to use their self-care app 'Instacare'. RCom customers who haven't used the app before can sign up in their self-care app to avail the offer. Under the promotional offer, the company is offering 500 MB free data which can be used on 2G & 3G networks. However, the promotional data can't be carried forward after the data validity period of 30 days.
RCom's 'Instacare' app was launched long back but the company failed to update it regularly and it lacked important functional features like their competitors. But now since Rcom is targeting high value customers who will get access to 4G network; they are trying to improve customer service rapidly.
As Rcom will soon complete the merger their wireless telecom business with Aircel & MTS, adding functionality and user friendly interface would benefit their entire user base.
Dear readers, have you ever tried Rcom's 'Instacare' app? if yes; don't forget to share your experience with us through comments.
