Airtel today launched its 4G services on dongles, Wi-Fi CPEs (customer premise equipment), Mi-Fi and Wi-Fi dongles in Karnal and Yamunanagar in Haryana. Customers can now experience the all new ‘electrifying’ internet browsing experience with the Airtel’s 4G home Wi-Fi solutions.
Priced at Rs. 2500/-, the home Wi-Fi CPEs has been bundled with a host of affordable 4G plans and are available across select Airtel retail outlets in Karnal and Yamunanagar. Apart from home broadband, customers can now also enjoy Airtel 4G on dongles, Mi-Fi and Wi-Fi dongles. Special demo zones and kiosks have been installed at Airtel Store at 135 Kunj Pura road Karnal and Airtel Store at 106-P, District Sub Center-HUDA, near Kanhayiya Chowk, Yamunanagar. A special pack of Rs. 995/- has also been introduced for heavy data (CPE) users which will offer 10 GB of 4G data.

Earlier in April 2012, Airtel had launched India’s first 4G services in Kolkata. Airtel’s 4G services are now available across India including Bengaluru, Pune, Nasik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mangaluru, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara, Kapurthala, Moga, Bathinda Patiala and recently launched Ambala (City and Cantt.).
