The portal is designed in such a way that all the comments and suggestions posted will be monitored on real-time basis. The concerned officials will examine and finalize the complaints as soon as possible. However, no commitment is given on the exact number of days for the closure of complaints.

The newly launched portal, which is accessible in both Hindi and English also has a mobile application for better reach. The app, however, is limited to Android users and is available only in English.

Meanwhile, the Road Transport and Highways Ministry is also planning to provide taxi-hiring via mobile app. The consultation with the stakeholders on this regard is already finalized. The Government plans to bring this on-demand taxi service under Section 93 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and it will come under the purview of State Governments.
